Coema (English)
Coema is a tale about “rites of passage”. The heroine begins her journey with the innocence of a girl and her stories of princesses, going through the experience of a young and intuitive woman personified in the witch. Finally, she finds the wisdom of the adult woman, who has in her hands the power to decide on her own destiny.
*Coema – means “It´s morning” in Guarani language.
Based on a Brazilian folk story collected by Ricardo Azevedo and translated by Selma Vital
